explanation for meditation:

You are not the idea, not the body, You are the Spirit, the Spirit, you are the Self. Get

during meditation for watchful, listening essence, try each one you hear every sound that touches your ear.

If you lose yourself in thought, then just let go again and will once again listening to nature.

Who is it, listening to the who is the one being watched in thinking?

Who is the one who realizes that the thoughts are getting weaker?

Who is the one who feels deep peace that is immersed in a thought-free consciousness beyond time?

It is the self. That you really are, You are the self and not your body and not the thought.
